While our stories are based on true accounts, they are for entertainment purposes only. Please attend our tour at your own risk. The tours average 1 hour in length (1 hour and 15 minutes for walking tour/boatride combination) and may not be suitable for older adults or persons with physical disabilities that prevent standing or walking for long periods of time, or those who require walking assistance. Tours depart on-time in any weather - there are no rain checks and no bad weather refunds. We are not responsible for media (TV/newspapers/other) misprints and misinformation - please check our web site or phone our office for the current and up to date information about our tours. There are no refunds for any reason.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Group cancellation requires a 10 day advance notice for a 90% refund. Group and individual 7 day cancellations will receive a 50% refund. Reservation changes are subject to a $2.00 per ticket change charge. 1 day notice no refund. In the event we are required to cancel you will receive the opportunity to reschedule or receive a 100% refund. 

By purchasing a ticket and participating in any event held by Lockport Mystery Tours and Haunted Cave you agree to the following:

Not to hold Lockport Mystery Tours and Haunted Cave, its tour guides, sponsors and affiliates responsible for any personal injury/theft/loss/illness or related harm.

Not to smoke or drink No ILLEGAL DRUGS - to abide by all posted signs and venue rules

No video or audio recording during the presentation without prior permission. Not to bring live animals/pets or use scooters, skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades, or other sport equipment during any presentation.
